Pets - Max 2 allowedThe standard pet deposit is $250 for each pet with a standard one-time fee of $250 for each pet. Please note that the pet deposit and one-time fee may vary based on Pet Screening results. The pet rent is $40 per pet.
Cats and dogs are welcome! No other types of pets are allowed. The weight limit is 75 lbs per household. Please keep in mind that breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita.
