This is a violation of my tenants rights as I was not notified that men would be on my patio Monday 11/25. Email stated Friday... and Saturday and it is MONDAY. This is a huge violation of my privacy, my home, and my time. I did not consent to anyone being on my patio and my white couch was not moved. It is now covered in dust and I do not want it "cleaned" by the people who destroyed it. I will be reimbursed for the damages caused by you on a day nobody should have access to the apartment. My patio is an extension of my home and if i tell someone they need to leave they need to leave. Josh was extremely argumentative and unapologetic and refuses to remove the men from my patio. He stated they will be here finishing the project till the sun goes down Monday night. There was no notice on the door, in the mailbox, in the elevators, or anywhere. I will never be able to step foot in my home again without the fear of people lurking outside my windows refusing to leave. Extremely responsive staff and unmatched amenities
I love the rooftop pool and gym. Especially how it's 24/7 access. I love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and responsive.... Josh does a good job managing. Some things to note are the tedious locks in the doors (and how building 1 door code doesn't work) and how you can hear people through doors and footsteps from above units, along with loud road noise. I moved here last year May 2021. I absolutely love this community and ALL THE AMENITIES! Though I love Tempe and almost stayed... there. It was my tour with Danielle that convinced me to make this my home. I am never home because I travel and every time I do come home Sundays and Mondays. It’s like I’m ALWAYS ON VACATION!!! The people here are nice and always something fun todo. You definitely can not beat that view of the mountains and the Az sunsets. The office staff and all staff are always on top of everything and they do SUCH A GREAT JOB KEEPING THIS COMMUNITY SAFE AND CLEAN. I am so so happy and Blessed to call this my home! Andrea was very friendly and professional. She was great at showing and explaining everything to me. The complex has an exceptional... exercise room, recreation facility, pool and Jacuzzi. These are located on the roof and open for resident use 24 hours per day. I completed an application on the spot. Andrea helped me along the way from application through to the move-in process. I moved into my apartment at Trend At 51 Apartments about 1 month ago. I love my Apartment and I love everything about Trend At 51. The parking garage and street parking is easy, and very accessible. I have assigned parking spots, but I usually don’t need them because there are so many spaces available and open on the 1st floor and street that I rarely drive up to the 2nd or 3rd floor to park there. There is dry cleaning and laundry service available. On the roof, there is coffee and Tea available, along with vending machines, and a full kitchen, large rooms of beautiful couches, chairs, and sitting areas, large TVs, pool tables, ping pong, sandbag toss, and other games. There are several large barbeques throughout the complex. The views are incredible. There are firepits and music that can be turned on at will. The pool is large and stunningly beautiful at night with the changing-colored lights in the water. The apartments and recreation areas is secure for residents. Trend At 51 is exceptionally clean and maintained daily. It feels and smells clean everywhere which is amazing. Residents honor face masks and cleaning after oneself. As a resident I feel good about living in this well-kept environment. Residents even have garbage shoots on every floor, with plenty more garbage bins in the garage to accommodate even more garbage. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. My apartment comes with discounted high-speed internet and Basic TV. It is also incredibly quiet and peaceful here. From the entire staff, to the property as a whole, my experience here has been outstanding. Sure could I say a thing or... two about whatever to be heard, sure. But truly, from noise to cleanliness, to the unique and almost too spacious layouts, to the parking, and so forth forget it Trend@51 is more than worth the value.
Having lived in numerous apartments throughout the Valley I’ve seen it all. This place it totally well kept, timely with even the smallest of concerns, the staff makes you feel like family, and even the neighbors too!
