Excellent Maintenance Response

Just wanted to thank Jason the maintenance guy here at the Hawthorne. He shows up quickly and repairs what needs to be fixed quickly and professionally. Thanks Jason for all you do and also want to say the new manager, Santiago, has really made me feel at home here.

Air Conditioning Constantly Doesn’t Work

Had the Thermostat set to 74 degrees all day it’s been 82 in the apartment during the day then at 5am it’s 79 inside. The temperature outside is 67 degrees. It hasn’t even started really getting hot yet.

Great Place to Live

Staff is awesome, location is perfect, enjoyed the 4 and a half years I lived here. Moving out only cause we're moving to a 55 plus community. Definitely will miss Hawthorne and the staff.

The Hawthorne

The Hawthorne- For the best bank for your buck in Central Phoenix this apartment has what you’re looking for. Friendly office staff who helps you out whenever you’re in need of something, followed up with an amazing maintenance staff. It’s a very peaceful living here. I moved all the way across the country Knowing nothing about Phoenix, and the staff at Hawthorne really did a wonderful job telling me honestly everything about my home .

Great place to live, central location.

Close to downtown and shopping on Camelback. Friendly staff who addresses most issues in a timely manner. My only complaint is that there is a loud frequency during Summer when all of the air conditioners are going.
