It has been a delight living here the last few years, one of the coolest places I’ve lived. I especially loved working with... the amazing staff.
Destiny took such great care of me during my move and was on top of every detail. She really made it happen, 5 stars all the way.

Todd and Brendan were incredibly helpful as I searched for an apartment. I wasn't able to see the apartments in person, so... they both spent a lot of time going over my different options and informing me of the benefits of the different units.
Once I signed the lease they were just as helpful assisting me with my move-in. They were extremely responsive with questions and spent a lot of time getting me up to speed on move-in procedure, mail etc.

Boyfriend & I moved here in February & I love everything about Roosevelt Row! To make it sort of short & sweet...the staff... is very professional, responsive, & genuine! The cleanliness of the property is exceptional! The maintenance & cleaning professionals work around the clock to ensure they upkeep every inch of the property, they’re amazing & very friendly!! (One of the gentleman even changed my tire for me once haha) The amenities have to be some of the best I’ve seen! The resort style pool is unmatched & so relaxing! The gym has everything you could possibly need & the equipment is very clean & functional. The parking garage is very secure & there are plenty of parking spaces for all of the residents, & I love that our guests can even park in the garage in the designated area! The location is great & the block is pretty trendy! The other residents are pretty friendly & I love that the community is very dog friendly! I also love how secure the property is as well! Downtown living could be a little nerve wrecking but I feel pretty safe!
We personally have not had any maintenance issues in our unit thus far which is nice!

I have enjoyed my experience at Roosevelt Row since the day I came for a tour. Destiny was awesome showing me around and... very helpful when it came to the paperwork and getting payment and everything set up. Obviously the amenities here are amazing (especially the pool), the other residents have all been very social/kind and I also really appreciate when I need a new air filter or something is not working with my dishwasher for example, I know the maintenance guys will come promptly and fix the problem right away once I submit a claim (Joseph is very hardworking and also a nice guy to talk to). I’ve lived here for almost 2 months now & I love it! The amenities are unmatched... It’s all that I’ve ever wanted in apartment... living. The location is perfect.. not too deep in the city & right by the highway. The interior of the units are beautiful & very modern... & sound proof so it seems. The overall complex is VERY CLEAN! Very seldom I smell an odor in the halls unless someone is cooking... residents are pretty friendly & respectful.
The maintenance staff is friendly, prompt & very hard working & they truly care about the well being of the residence. During this pandemic I’ve noticed them going above & beyond to keep commonly touched areas sanitized... SIDE NOTE: they are very helpful as well, Christian helped me change my flat tire in the parking garage which was a life saver!!
The leasing staff is very friendly & professional as well! They made our process of moving less stressful! The parking garage is big & secure...which is key to living in a city!
