Looking at this place everything seems good &’ it’s in a good location. However we’ve lived her for a little over a year... and have had tons of issues. The garage gate is broken every few weeks. The gate from the sidewalk to our apartment building has had the metal mesh sticking out all year and has injured myself and others. The initial inspection on my unit-done by their maintenance team - said all looked good however day 1 when we moved in, there was active leaking, water damage, bad patching, and our dishwasher didn’t dry. I noted all of this and no one ever followed up. We later had our washing machine knob break and instead of fixing it or replacing it they put a panel on the washer that didn’t belong. This caused us not to know what settings we’re using. We then had the knobs break again and were down a washer for a week with no response from maintenance or the office when we emailed. I also had a work order for possible mold after we noted water damage and the service from the office was terrible. We were told they would give us a response via email by end of day and after following up 4 times and being reassured each time - they still did not email us with an update. We now have active leaking and can barely get a clear response from the office. There are so many more details, including the fact that maintenance “fixed” our door &’ now it randomly opens if not locked bc it doesn’t close correctly. This whole place is a sham. Looking for a place to live I would try some where else, the place is quite and looks good however if something is not working... you are basically ignored - Staff never seem to be here to answer phones all you get is leave a message, If hey expended the same energy in ensuring your rent is paid on time in the maintenance etc I am sure they could turn it around. Hard to say you get what you pay for when they do not follow up on maintenance requests or have the property available to you in proper working order. VERY Slow to do anything that you pay for - I started my lease on 02/13 - did not move in until the 02/23 (my choice) we identified a few deficiencies that needed to be addressed and after repeated assurances that they would be completed they still have not at time of writing this review - these were items that included fan in second bed room not working, blown light bulbs window screen issues and unstable rings on the stove. The bulbs and stove issue were not resolved until well over a week after I had moved in, The Fan issue is still out standing, the stove partly fixed. You would assume that when you are paying rent that they place is fully operational and should not take constant reminding or calls to have the basic equipment in your rental unit operational from the date you moved in. I was not happy on the conditions that I seen the apartment this apartment should of been walked through by manager or employees... to make sure everything was fixed but that was not the case the carpet was wet the mirrors are peeling off there is a whole on the counter top kitchen there is a spot in the tile kitchen the is peeled off the carpet was not fixed it’s lifted gaps between the carpet and wall the washer doesn’t have cold water we haves for 2 parkings spot and paid for it and the th second parking was not even provided to us. I was very excited to move here but after walking in to the apartment and seeing all of this I’m so disappointed I can’t even express myself I hope all of this gets fixed and we a second carpet wash not what expected for being luxury. When I moved here everything was nice. Now, the management is horrible. The gym has a hole in the ceiling since a long time... ago and they never fixed nothing there. A lot of things don’t work there. The game room is always close during the weekends when basically we have time to use it. They never give us keys for that. They closed the pool during Summer several times saying that is was for maintenance but no one was working on that. A year ago, the maintenance requests were efficient and great. Now, you can do a maintenance request and they never go to your apartment. They want to charge you for things that are suppose to be included. They sent you an email saying that they completed the request and you were at your apartment knowing that they never went. Is incredible how inefficient they are. They only care to increase your rent but never care about us. Please make sure to change that. Take care of the maintenance requests and keep the amenities open 24/7 because not everybody have the time off during your office hours to use the game room. I had a wonderful experience leasing with Brent White. He was very helpful and extremely welcoming. He was able to get me... into a beautiful 1 bedroom that i have been gladly enjoying. He has made sure I have been comfortable in the business center by keeping it stocked with my favorite coffee K-cups and flavored creamers. His hospitality has been much appreciated. The pool area is very relaxing and never too crowded. The community is nice and the neighbors are friendly. Every repair is done as cheaply as possible. They even painted the insides of sinks so you would not notice the chipped stained... and horrid looking surface. Walls have amature patch jobs screens all have holes and windows do not seal. USPS package lock boxes for extra storage so once they are all full one either has to order from Amazon and use their lock boxes or run over to the post office to pick their package up. Kevin, the new maintenance guy, was absolutely fantastic with our leaking air conditioner issues. There was 1 inch of water... in the return duct, it had leaked out into our bedroom carpet, and we had black mold. Kevin assess the issue, cleaned it up, handled the black mold and cleaned up after himself, all the while being polite professional and friendly. He’s a hard-working guy and very nice. Pretty good place to live
This is my first apartment outside of college, but I have to say it is pretty good. I feel like this apartment is an extremely... good deal. It's located in a central area but not as expensive as downtown apartments, has its own washer and dryer, and is very clean.
