So far our move has been nice! A nicely kept apartment for an affordable price and maintenance is happy to help with any issues that pop up!

LET ME START BY SAYING THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! BRI IN THE FRONT OFFICE HAS BEEN AMAZING MAKING SURE ANY LITTLE THING WE NEEDED... HAS BEEN DONE. SHE IS KIND AND CARING AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO HER RESIDENTS.
NOW FOR THE AMENITIES - One of the gyms is never open making the Brio side have to walk to the other side of the property which is not convenient. The pools no longer have BBQ grills so we have to travel to friends or family houses to use those items. The club house that was up and running years ago when my parents lived here is never open. years ago they had breakfast and coffee when parents were waiting for the school buses on the Brio side. I would love to see the property return to it's original state soon.
We are also sold as a gated community but the gates are never closed so that sense of security isn't real either.

Apartment was good value, good location. some of the neighbors were a little loud sometimes and it took a while to get it... addressed. Also, the trash at the dumpsters were constantly out of control, maybe increase number of times trash emptied. also, it would be nice to fine people who put mattresses and other furniture that doesn't fit as part of their move out fee by using cameras or something. overall, apartment was nice. there was a dirty wall and i tried to clean the wall, but the paint rubbed off and i was charged to repaint. oh well.

FRONT GATE ALWAYS BROKEN!!! There are people walking the grounds all night and its all because that gate isn't fixed! There... is no reason I shouldn't feel safe in MY OWN HOME!
