Need a Children's park area and speed limit boards
Hello Aspire team,
We highly appreciate your timely addressing the maintenance issues and clean surroundings. But it would... be great if there is a dedicated children's play area without the worry of kids stepping on a dog poop (zen Park has some dog poop traces ) and has some play equipments to enjoy. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at aspire apartments for the past 3 1/2 years. This is a great location in North Phoenix.... The staff here is very knowledgeable, On point and friendly.
The maintenance staff has always been timely with Handling my requests. In 3 1/2 years, I only had a total of 10 requests

I am giving Claudia the maintenance worker at Aspire Pinnacle Peak, two thumbs up for being a hard worker. My bathroom and... kitchen lights went out at night. Claudia called me after the office was closed and offered to drive back to apartment complex to fix my lights. I said just come in morning I didn’t want her to drive back out the apartments. She came first thing in the morning. And what was so nice of her she bought a toy for my dog to play with. Which I thought was so nice of her! My freezer was experiencing some issues with the ice maker. Needless to say, that needed to be taken care of! Claudia, my... girl, she hustled over, assessed the situation and with no hesitation, switched out my entire fridge. By herself! This lady is highly admired by me! We are long time residents of 5 years. This is the best place we have rented. The staff are amazing and they are what has... kept us here long term. Somebody has been consistently parking in our space since we moved in here, there has been no action taken even when we've... informed the office.
When we moved in, there were a lot of things that needed maintainance and no action has been taken about them either. It's been a week since we moved in, even the internet has not been set up. I’m a little frustrated
We pay a lot of money to live here and keep being let down.
Especially since we constantly have... to make requests and have maintenance clean up outside because people can’t pick up after their animals poop and let them pee all over the sidewalk. Also dripping raw meat juice everywhere. We have a 3 year old, it’s just disgusting and we both are constantly getting sick with stomach bugs. Everything but our microwave is outdated. Our carpets weren’t replaced even though they were disgusting and covered with hair.
We live towards the back and any landscaping and amenities went right out the window. The grills have knobs missing and I feel like management should take a trip to this side.

The overall grounds need improvement. There are covered parking areas all over the property that are damaged and don’t get... repaired. There are trees that fall over and large stumps are left ripped out of the ground. Shrubs and trees that are over grown. I moved in a week ago and so far so good! My apartment is super cute and was very very clean when I moved in. I had to only... unpack. I moved here temporarily after my condo was destroyed by fire 19 months ago.
