I would like to thank the maintenance team from our apartments. Last Sunday, my kitchen sink got clogged. I sent a message... requesting for a repair. The maintenance team came and got the problem fixed Monday morning (11/20). The team staff, Toma (I hope his name and spelling are correct. If not, please figure me) is a nice guy. He is very professional. He got the work done nicely and quickly. He also taught me about how deal with certain emergency conditions while living in an apartment. I have lived here for 5 years, but sadly moving away from Phoenix. I have rented 2 different apartments here, both lofts.... There are amazing views to be seen.
