We are retired and just signed or 3rd year lease. We are very happy here. It is peaceful where our apartment is located.... Between all 4 apartments in our immediate area there are 7 children. It's still quiet. We sometimes here kids upstairs but never voices just rumbling of them running around (Normal). The maintenance team is friendly, efficient, and timely. There are Pros and Cons. Overall I give Natura Villa and overall rating of 8 out of 10. I've been a resident for 2 yrs 2019-2021... and if we had not purchased a home I would continue to live here providing i would be able to afford it here.( rent goes up a significantly) and it would make it impossible for me to remain in my 2bd/2b. The property is nice but 2 major concerns: the walls are EXTREMELY THIN, and neighbors will NOT Pick up after their dog ( mostly on weekends when maintenance not here). We have very nice swimming pools and gas grills however gas grills need repairs you need to be a musician to figure out how to light them due to the knobs on them are usually broken. Before Covid 19 Our office staff would host a lot of events for Residents to enjoy. Maintenance has been right on point if something is broken. I've had Zero problems with parking however more handicap parking is needed. We have 2 cars and we only have 1 handicap parking near my building. The neighbors stick to themselves but I find all of them to be extremely courteous.Read More about Great Staff

If you are familiar with shopping at Nordstroms, you would know that the store prides itself on high level customer service.... Once you purchase your items, they walk from behind the counter and hand you your bag. The service is the same way at Natura. I knew the day I came into the office that the customer service was "on point". I noticed the maintenance crew acknowledged me with a greeting and the back office manager also greeted me with a distance smile and a hello. My move in was the normal stressful (electric company caused confusion with being turned on and I accidentally paid my deposit to another property). I will tell you that Mr. Micheal Kopner, assisted me by hand and seemed to worry more about my current situation with the deposit and electricity than I did (he even called on my behalf to resolve the issue). The moving in happened at the height of social distancing in the office and Micheal couldn't have had only me to assist. He literally did what he said he was going to do. When he resolved an issue, he called me right back and when I had done what he asked, He immediately picked up the phone as if he had been awaiting my call. I know for a fact that he was probably undone at the seams, but you WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN by his exterior. Melinda also placed my mind at ease with the entire application process, as there were small hiccups due to the new system. When she told me not to worry, she was sincere. Most of my contact came from the office staff and all emails had a quick turn around. This office runs smoothly with a small staff and to my experience worked better than the larger staff at my previous Weidner apt ( I am a transfer resident).
I rode by and spoke to residents on the property, off hours. I was welcomed by current residents (eye opener) and the parking is NOT a nightmare.
