Updated: A Fantastic Apt Complex with Staff that Cares
I'm updating a prior review I left here. Reserve at Arrowhead in Glendale AZ is a gem of an apartment complex with beautiful ... pools, a 24/7 gym, and staff that is understanding and listens to your needs. I once had a dispute with them over a small issue, but after talking to them I realized that they do listen to tenants and work with them to quickly resolve issues, and I appreciate them even more for that. Great place to live. 5/5. You will truly feel at home here. There are a few pot holes in the road but the staff has said that they are already working to address those concerns. Random FINES Given to Tenants, Mean office staff. Avoid!
Would not recommend living here. The office staff is mean and spiteful to residents. They will also go around and give random ... fines to people over issues like fire extinguishers and little things. They refuse to fix pot holes in the roads, and will act incredibly unkind to you after you've initially moved in. Don't fall for their fake happiness when you're applying and going on tour, once they've got you they will turn on you. Reserve at Arrowhead isn't your friend. Rigo saved the day!!!!!!
RIGO, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! We have not been sleeping because the AC was so loud. It was making a powerful pulsating ... sound that would wake us up several times a night. Not sleeping was affecting our health. Rigo determined that the new compressor fan motor was actually faulty. After replacing that, addressing the capacitor, and cleaning the coils, our air conditioner runs very smooth now. Both of us are so very excited to be able to get some sleep again. Rigo expertly diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, and did it with a smile. This was more than just a maintenance request being completed. All apartment seekers check out "Reserve at Arrowhead". They have a motto here that states: "What Matters to You, Matters ... to Us." At the "Reserve." it's all about community. The Leasing Office is a great friendly, hard-working ready to assist with one's needs in a timely manner. They are absolutely terrific to deal with. Also, the Maintenance Team which also has the same motto. They are able to care for the maintenance needs and repairs of all 400 plus units. This is absolutely amazing. "It's All About Community," coming together to meet the residents needs with all the marvelous establishments in the surrounding area. For example, Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot, Cox, and Peoria 83rd's eating establishments. Why don't you visit the Leasing Office at "Reserve" and speak with Christ the Leader of the Team? I know you won't be disappointed! This is my first experience with apartment living and it has been a positive one for me. I moved into the apartment complex, “Reserve at Arrowhead” in Glendale on 10/15/22. My experience since the first time renting ... in an apartment has been extremely positive. The Leasing Manager, Latrice Wylie has been so amazing, she has walked me through the process from start to finish with her patience and caring attitude. When I first moved in, I had a couple of issues one being no hot water. Latrice had the maintenance man at my apartment immediately fixing these issues. I couldn’t be happier to have had her working with me. Thank you, Latrice. I appreciate you! I love the apartment it’s a one bedroom at 810 square feet with plenty of storage space throughout the entire apartment. There’s a walk-in bedroom closet, a walk-in pantry, and a walk-in storage unit. How amazing is that? Corporal Torres has always been so mindful, kind and generous! It is truly a loss for the residence of Reserve at arrowhead! ... Good luck finding a young man as fine and as diligent as he is! Quite frankly it is quite absurd that Friday and Saturday nights during the summer the pool is closed at 10 PM! He is always been Gary's and fun-loving with the guess the few times that I have been able to get to the Jacuzzi quote in time"! I have been living here for several years now and I have to say this place is wonderful as is..has all the amenities a person ... could want 2 pools, hot tubs, gym, dog parks etc it's really nice but what takes this complex to the next level is the staff. trust me.
