Rigo saved the day!!!!!!
RIGO, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! We have not been sleeping because the AC was so loud. It was making a powerful pulsating ... sound that would wake us up several times a night. Not sleeping was affecting our health. Rigo determined that the new compressor fan motor was actually faulty. After replacing that, addressing the capacitor, and cleaning the coils, our air conditioner runs very smooth now. Both of us are so very excited to be able to get some sleep again. Rigo expertly diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, and did it with a smile. This was more than just a maintenance request being completed. The Leasing Office is a great friendly, hard-working ready to assist with one's needs in a timely manner. They are absolutely terrific to deal with. Also, the Maintenance Team which also has the same motto. They are able to care for the maintenance needs and repairs of all 400 plus units. This is absolutely amazing. "It's All About Community," coming together to meet the residents needs with all the marvelous establishments in the surrounding area. For example, Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot, Cox, and Peoria 83rd's eating establishments. Why don't you visit the Leasing Office at "Reserve" and speak with Christ the Leader of the Team? I know you won't be disappointed! This is my first experience with apartment living and it has been a positive one for me. I moved into the apartment complex, “Reserve at Arrowhead” in Glendale on 10/15/22. My experience since the first time renting ... in an apartment has been extremely positive. The Leasing Manager, Latrice Wylie has been so amazing, she has walked me through the process from start to finish with her patience and caring attitude. When I first moved in, I had a couple of issues one being no hot water. Latrice had the maintenance man at my apartment immediately fixing these issues. I couldn’t be happier to have had her working with me. Thank you, Latrice. I appreciate you! I love the apartment it’s a one bedroom at 810 square feet with plenty of storage space throughout the entire apartment. There’s a walk-in bedroom closet, a walk-in pantry, and a walk-in storage unit. How amazing is that? Quite frankly it is quite absurd that Friday and Saturday nights during the summer the pool is closed at 10 PM! We are newbies having moved in on May 14th. We are some of your older tenants who have owned their own homes for over 50 ... years. Want to Thank the Maintenance Staff and new Maintenance Manager for taking such good care of us with a number of issues; being prompt or at least letting us know when to expect them....Things we did not have to fix ourselves which is a treat; Thanks to Landscaping for getting rid of dead plants which were causing our "green" view to be unsightly.
