Disappointed
I’ve been dealing with loud neighbors for 4-5 weeks and the staff here do not do anything about it… if your paying $1700+ ... for a place we call home you would think they would put more effort into making it homey and deal with the loud neighbors but every night they are just as loud as they can be… very disappointed in the lack of care from the staff who deals with violations and noise complaints. Terrible customer service
The thermostat does not work as of 12/4/22. The temperature was at 74 degrees and no matter what button I selected, there ... was no way to lower the temperature. I submitted this request on 12/5/22 and nothing was done. No reply nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that someone will look at and fix the thermostat. That is pathetic. Ram is still as fantastic as ever and ever since Natasha has come to the Flats as the CD and brought in an amazing team with ... Connor and Katie, it has been such a wonderful transition! The community is well maintained and beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and all staff from the office to the maintenance team are all so sweet and helpful. The resort style pool makes you feel like you're on a weekend getaway, the gym has everything you need (but if you guys wanted to put a deadlifting pad/area that would be AWESOME ;D wink wink lol). The yoga/spin room is a great addition that I use honestly more than the gym. All issues prior have been resolved in a timely manner. The resident events have been SO amazing and FUN and a great way to meet people in the community! The Thanksgiving Dinner event they hosted a couple weeks back was wonderful and the food was hands down some of the BEST I've ever had!!! 12/10 to their chef and we are so excited to see what they throw together for us this upcoming month for the holidays! All Moved In ??
Katie showed my husband the apartment when I was sick a few months ago. We were just looking for something simple as we don’t ... have a lot of stuff. A one bedroom was suffice, we both do work from home so we liked the amenities that the property offered (clubhouse, working spaces, business center) Katie went above and beyond and not only showed him a one bedroom but anticipated needs and showed us a one bedroom with a den (work space for us to work from home) and a patio that is adjacent overlooking the pool. As soon as my husband came home and showed me the video he took of the property and apartments I was sold. Applied that same day and the whole move in process has been seamless. Everyone in the office I have spoken to so far has gone above and beyond. Our main point of contact was with Katie and she was our main leasing consultant, however we have spoke with Ram a few times and Natasha as well. I have a lot of questions and like to make sure I have all my answers and ducks in a row, have always received prompt response. I have been living here for 4 months and am really enjoying being here! Ashley and Hiram have been fantastic to interact ... with and are very professional in every way. I placed a work order for a broken disposal and to have my air filter cleaned and maintenance came that same morning. The groundkeepers do a great job keeping the place in great shape and as a pet parent, I wish people would pick up after their pets better...there are pet stations all over the complex! The only critique I would have is that a lot of the greenery is dying and doesn't look very nice. All in all, this place is great! We recently moved from the Flats due to a job transfer but that was the only reason we left. The apartments are very nice. ... They are new, spacious, and have a lot of storage, even in the "Thar" model which I think is considered the smallest of the 2 bedroom models. Very nice place to live . Quiet, modern. Staff in office and maintenance are excellent. But there is big problem with DOG ... poo - can be seen all over in flower beds. More than half the residents are NOT picking up their dogs poo. It is nasty . Property management needs to be more strict in enforcing this issue as it is not hygienic to other dogs . Can spread disease. I hope management would get very strict in this aspect of problem. Otherwise strongly recommend this property to make your home.
