Quiet area. Nice clean landscaping. Trash area kept clean and picked up regularly. Friendly staff. I have had contact with... both management and maintenance and both are friendly and professional. I couldn’t have been more impressed with Colin and staff during my initial meeting and move-in. They answered all my questions... before moving in and showed me the model several times. The paperwork was easy to process. I had a couple of items on the move in that needed to be corrected and Brandon took care of those today. The overall appeal of the complex is so far very nice. Been here two years, never had any maintenance issues and if i had one, it was resolved promptly.
Never had any problems... with neighbors or noise. Most people that lives here are friendly.
I rarely interact with the front office personnel but the few times that i did was a pleasant interaction.
The only problem in this community is the parking!

Over the last few weeks, Colin, the property manager has demonstrated his compassion for tenants and their needs. Not just... for us but our neighbor had an issue where she could not move out on her given day due to an issue with her new property. Colin stepped up and worked out an arrangement for her to stay the extra day.
Robbie the maintenance man is the hardest working person in his position. With the limited materials and resources he has available he does what he can to resolve issues. He even tells you if you have an issue you can follow up with him.
I only wish the maintenance work schedule was more conducive to the average persons work schedule. Either they start earlier so work can be done prior to people leaving for work or later in the afternoon to make it more practical. With two maintenance workers it would be possible to have one start early and the other stay late. This is only a suggestion. Read More about Recent experience

I moved in May of 2011 into what I think is a premium first floor apartment. The units have minimal wall share. It is quiet... and safe. I do not agree with the rate hikes over the years due to the fact this complex is older...not new model appliances, no hardwood flooring, cheaper albeit decent quality counters, etc. Jessica in the office is always amazing. Robbie in maintenance is very courteous and efficient. The pet policy has substantial sticker price shock. I still plan to stay at least another 2 years. It's been a great place to raise my son due to school location and premium location in general. I wish there were upgrade options or at least a way to stretch my carpet so I could refresh. Otherwise, a good place to rent when owning is not an option or the market too inflated. Certain apartments like mine do have a "home" feel. I would buy my unit and remodel if they ever flipped to purchase model condo/townhomes while I am still a resident.Read More about Overall

I just moved to Arizona and looked at many communities and wanted a newer community but was impressed by the staffs professionalism... and kindness and promptness at Sonoma Landing which I did not find at many of the other communities. I like the size of the apartment even if a bit outdated. I have been living here for a week snd on a second floor which was not to thrilled about but all in all not bad! For the past few maintenance requests I've had Robby come in. He is beyond awesome and knowledgeable and such a hard worker!!... We call him Super Rob! He fixed so many band aides that needed to be fixed or refixed due to other maintenance guys who never really did much. I will always request him for my maintenance issues.
