We sent a maintenance request because a boy next door was seen hitting our garage door (HARD) with a baseball bat. We told... maintenance,, but they simply came, looked at it, and said it works fine. I have pictures of the door trying to open and jamming up. the top panel is broken. Sometimes it works, other times it James up and needs help to finish closing. Bottom line? THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THE REPAIR SO THEY CAN SAVE MONEY... The kids here are running around without supervision as young as 4 in their underwear. They toss rocks as we drive in. they have let the water valves open and wast water as they run through it. Maybe I have high expectations, but for what they put you through just to rent here is not worth it! Just walked down to... the grills and they not only do not work, but they absolutely need to be replaced. And…as far as replacements, they definitely need to do some upgrades. Most disheartening were the dirty windows when you opened them up along with the screens. And don’t get me started with the bathroom vents…don’t think they were cleaned for many years (disgusting)! I've lived at Bela Rosa for 2 years now, and my experience has been fantastic! The maintenance team is always on time and... incredibly professional. Any time I've had an issue, they’ve resolved it quickly and efficiently, ensuring my comfort and peace of mind.
Additionally, Victoria in the office is always nice and helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns I have, making the management team a joy to work with. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly enhance the community experience.

Again we tried to enjoy the pool and spa, yet we were disgusted and had to leave with our young son who has asthma because... selfish people kept vaping by the pool. The young couple had two small babies (2&3 year olds, who played in a boiling hot Jacuzzi while the mother sat vaping. I have a medical background and for the life of me I can not figure out what kind of parent would allow a young child to go into boiling hot water? are they trying to cause brain damage or serious medical conditions like a seizure? I am baffled how they seem to not have a concern for their physical health let alone knowing their body will immediately urinate due to the extreme temperature... Anyway we have seen this before and we mentioned it, but the next day we were told they have cameras and would address this. It still goes on. TWO suggestions here would be ONE: Post LARGE signs stating NO VAPING HERE! number TWO would be to hire a security person. 8 hours for two people would cover the time the pool is open and see that the rules are enforced. Also when a prospective tenant is filling out the paperwork, TELL THEM THEY WILL FACE EVICTION IF THEY SMOKE OR VAPE AND ALLOW THEIR KIDS IN A HOT SPA! I believe it is not rocket science but a matter of telling people the rules and showing them management stands by these simple rules. We are disgusted here. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or distress brought upon by others in or around our property. We agree, you should be able to utilize the common areas without the actions of others who continue to violate our property policies interfering. I know we have spoken with you in the office about the challenges of trying to find out who the people are that continue to disregard our policies so that we may address it with the proper people. I understand that some people parent differently than others but if they are not breaking the law or our community policies, there is not much we can do on that. As for the smoking, partying, unsupervised kids and bad parenting, unless we know who the person(s) are, it is very hard to get in contact with them to address these issues. We do have cameras in some areas but cameras won't stop people from doing what they want unfortunately. We do ask that if you notice any violations that they be brought to our attention or feel free to contact our courtesy patrol after hours or even the non-emergency in this area. If it is happening during business hours, we would gladly address it as you've witnessed us before. Everyone signed the same lease as you which entails our smoking policy, common area guidelines so we do send proper notices out to those we can prove are in violation but I do not discuss those violations with others for privacy reasons. I do hope that with everyone's constant efforts in trying to address these issues that it does male Bela Rosa a great place to call home. We understand that it is a team effort and do plan on doing everything we can to ensure everyone can use the common areas peacefully. Great place to live
We had to give up housekeeping due to health issues and move to this state to be closer to family. Our daughter had this... place picked out. So very happy with our living experience here so far. i had a hard time adjusting to the new climate and apartment living in general. We have been here almost a year now. I am HOOKED and we hope to stay here for good. my husband and I are very happy here. We were going to buy a home but have decided to stay put. Office staff is very attentive! Victoria and Misty are the best. And a HUGE shout out to Maintenance staff. Miquel and Matthew are very quick to respond and take care of any situation. Miquel was actually here today for an issue and gave me so many helpful tips to prepare for Arizona summer, which we are Totally not use to. We come from a cold weather state. Our hot water Heater went out and within ONE HOUR, a new one was installed. They take very good care of our needs, answer our questions, and if you have children, they have activities throughout the year for them This past Christmas I met Santa and Mrs. Claus and even the Grinch, had cookies and hot chocolate. Easter they had a lovely Easter Egg hunt for the children. Our view is spectacular and our apartment is very private!! The Gym and Pool area are neat and clean and very relaxing. All of our concerns are met with a smile and taken care of. as for price range? we have studied the area and you really get your money's worth here at Bela Rosa for the square footage. Been here almost three months, no garbage disposals, no ceiling fans, hot tub broken since I moved in. It's been a long time... since I've rented, but WTF? I'm paying about $800 more than I did for a 3k sqft house, at least get the hot tub fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. Our community has decided to move away from both the garbage disposals and some of the ceiling fans to help eliminate any issues they caused our residents. Residents still have the option to get them installed, if you wish to do so then please contact us at 623-551-6616 to discuss further. The hot tub was only down the 2 days for repairs which is when we notified everyone via email but other than that time it has been working. I know we have a few kids who like to turn off our emergency shut off switch which will shut down the pumps for both the pool and spa but everything should be working properly. If there is something that we are not aware then please feel free to reach out so that we can work on it or if you have any other concerns, I would love to hear from you, thank you.

I've only been here a week, but the staff (aka Misty, the only one I've met, has been extremely helpful. Making the move... in less painful. Aside from the apartments being older, they're well kept. I’ve had many incidents of elder discrimination in the last 2 years surrounding maintenance of my apartment.
I can only... conclude that management of Bela Rosa/Anthem has been rude and delaying responses to my maintenance complaints as a result of my age 72. Age discrimination.
Currently, I’ve been waiting for a fix to my garage door since 7/6 Saturday when I could not get my car out of the garage when I had an immediate need to drive to Cave Creek. Misty was rude and claimed my cause was not an emergency. Fill out a work order was her advise…This is not an emergency she abruptly told me!!!! Well, when I think of the overwhelming situations that can occur and the residents are not provided emergency response by available maintenance personnel to open garage doors….this is a huge issue and discriminatory to me as an elder resident.
My garage door has yet to be fixed…now, late Monday but it took 10 days to get a washing machine replaced, and 6months to repair my bathroom floor. Shame!Read More about Elder discrimination…

Stuff is friendly, nice community, safe, felt like home. Everything was good until we moved out and even though we cleaned,... had the carpet guy come in for professional cleaning and didn't damage or otherwise alter the place, except for the normal wear and tear, our deposit was forfeit with the additional charge due to our golden retriever apparently soiled the carpets, which was found by professional inspection under the black light. Our dog is potty trained. Most dogs will have some accidents. We feel that this kind of situation should not be passed onto a tenant, since the complex allows pets and pets pay rent, but should be the ordinary maintenance. For complex that allows pets, this type of carpet is honestly catch 22. Rather that the ending, we were pretty happy and I would recommend the place. We recently had some repairs done in our unit. The company that came in to replace the feed into our unit was quick and... clean. Also we would like to compliment both Don and Miguel for the excellent way they repaired the holes in the ceiling.
